Housing advice

Find out who to contact if you are risk of becoming homeless If you are, or about to become homeless, you should make yourself aware of your options and rights.

I am in arrears

If you are behind with your rent, it is important that you get advice immediately. Failure to pay your rent could mean that you lose your home if you do not act straight away. Paying your rent should always be your first priority.

I am about to be evicted

Landlords in Ireland must follow certain procedures before asking you to leave your rented accommodation.

Finding a place to live

When you are looking for somewhere to rent you need to think about how much it will cost, what deposit you may need to pay and how much rent you will have to pay in advance.
