I am at Risk of Becoming Homeless

If you are at risk of becoming homeless, do not wait until you are homeless before you seek help. Contact any of the services below who may be able to help.

I am renting and worried about losing my home

Call FREEPHONE THRESHOLD 1800 454 454, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 9.00pm if you are renting and worried about losing your home.

Housing advice

Find out who to contact if you are risk of becoming homeless If you are, or about to become homeless, you should make yourself aware of your options and rights.

Homeless prevention services

There are a number of homeless prevention services available who may be able to help you avoid homelessness.

Social Work Service Dublin City Council

Social Work Service We offer a Social Work Service to tenants and subtenants of Dublin City Council, members of the Traveller Community and residents of emergency accommodation provided by Dublin City Council Homeless Services who meet the service threshold for our Social Work Service.
