The Dublin Region Homeless Executive library is a unique information resource providing homeless services, researchers and the public with access to electronic and hard copy documentation on all aspects of homelessness.
The library is based in our offices in the Civic Offices, Wood Quay and can be accessed by appointment only during the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm.
